Our client is a renowned fashion retailer specializing in contemporary women's apparel and accessories. They manage over 2 million SKUs across clothing, jewelry, and footwear, selling through seven Amazon accounts in multiple marketplaces (US, UK, Canada, and EU) as well as their own branded website.

The team had to quickly familiarize themselves with the client’s communication management and collaboration tools (like Jira) and detailed brand guidelines to begin executing tasks with minimal ramp-up time.
We were tasked with optimizing over 600 product listings per day. Unlike bulk upload or automated tasks, each listing required manual enhancement for contextual accuracy, SEO relevance, and brand tone consistency. To balance volume with creativity and precision, agile workflows needed to be established from day one.
Many SKUs had outdated images, pricing, and specs. We had to review the entire product catalog for outdated, inconsistent, and inaccurate data and update information & images to ensure accuracy and search relevance.
With a very low error margin allowed (<1%), quality assurance checkpoints needed to be structured tightly to ensure flawless deliverables.
Our specialists had to work directly within the client’s in-house systems and coordinate through platforms like Jira without disrupting their established processes.
With multiple stakeholders editing listings, ensuring we maintained a clear version history and audit trail for approvals and revisions was critical to avoid duplication or misalignment.

Our Solution
We deployed a team of 16 members (copywriters, Amazon SEO specialists, A+ content creation experts), 2 QA leads, and a project manager to work dedicatedly on this project. For A+ Content, we designed modular layouts with lifestyle images, comparison charts, and brand story blocks—ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines while elevating brand perception.

We managed the end-to-end Amazon listing management in Seller Central, ensuring each ASIN was correctly set up with attributes, categories, and parent–child variations. To bulk upload new SKUs on multiple Amazon marketplaces, we utilized flat-file templates. We also identified suppressed listings that could be restored for significant revenue gain, identified their root causes for suspension, corrected and optimized them, and re-published to regain visibility.

We reviewed thousands of SKUs for missing attributes, outdated images, and inconsistent product data. Leveraging the latest data provided by the client’s internal teams, we carried out large-scale catalog updates across all Amazon accounts—applying targeted enhancements such as attribute standardization, listing restructuring, and product image editing where visual content failed to meet platform requirements.
SKU merges and splits were implemented to accurately reflect product variations, while inventory feeds were synchronized in real time to ensure pricing accuracy and prevent stockouts. Through bulk Amazon data management, we ensured the client’s catalog was accurate, compliant, and positioned for maximum visibility.
